Lots of negative nancys in here. The price of the stock seems to fluctuate between a certain range. It's not that bad considering.

As far as the 8K, nothing their I see that is bad either, actually you might even see some big gains behind what their doing.

My prediction says .05cts very soon so get in where you fit in negative nancys!!!
