I am going to hold. After three years there should be some white knight in the wings to make the reorganized co work and to get some benefit out of the nols. I expect the hedge funds to probably broker the deal and make a hefty profit in the transaction. It wouldn't surprise me if such a deal goes as soon as the reorganization is complete. Why the fight, if the reorganized company isn't a diamond in the rough? Peoples always assume the lawyers are the ones that prolong cases, but in reality it is the clients' telling the lawyers what they want done. JMHO.
