I don't see the dirty laundry that you are referring to. Looking at the resume of RAYS very competent management team I see a history of success and winning companies.

Even if there was a business venture or 2 in their past that did not work out that does not have any bearing whatsoever on RAYS technology.

Look at TRLG for example. True Religion Jeans was started by a couple of guys from Vancouver with a history of failures, these guys really did have some skeletons in the closet. But the jeans took off and become a very popular fade and overnight TRLG became a spectacular success and moved to the NASDAQ.

RAYS has made a very important breakthrough in video compression that has been pursued by industry professionals and academia for a long time now and that is the real story here. As I said, 1 solid contract from one of the big boys and the rest will jump in.

I really believe RAYS is going to be a very successful and profitable company over the long term.
