Once again Tex the judge CANCELLED the Preferreds that Joe Canouse Issued he has NO Preferreds. The judge further ruled that JC has limited powers and can only run the day to day operations of QASP. What he did by ordering a possible RS and adding shares are beyond the scope of his powers and anyone who sold on the news of the RS has a case to hold JC personally liable for damages...
