not disputing the ignorance of article writers or financial analysts, however, the lock-up period has been known since before their expectations/targets were set. we can't say with vindication that their calculation includes the correct effect of the lockup period because like economics, many often predict wrong.

also, many investors are just as ignorant when reading articles such as the one i posted a link to. that's where the herd mentality comes from.

i see your point about adding shares to the tradeable float would decrease the SP, which is why i have adjusted my holdings here, but there are still unknowns with the world, US and euro economies which could have a large impact on the SP since FIO is a leader in an emerging industry.
