Dave must go. IMHO. I have read that he held the financials hostage because they were left in an empty office. Ha what a joke. Patton was fired and was instructed to leave immediately. Was he suppose to take care of paperwork on his own time? He worked for CLYW for two years with $0 pay. He is the one that stepped in when Carlos was removed. No, the person responsible for Pattins dismissal (Dave) should have had his ducks in a row and not been so he'll bent on being or at least thinking he was in charge.

Dave illegally positioned himself on the board and has held the company hostage long enough. I said over a year ago to settle with Drago and move forward with Tmob but "Dave" was the one blocking the deal and over a year later we are no better off for it. He does not have the shareholders best interest in mind he only has his inflated ego in the way. Where would we be had we settled spring of 2010 with Drago? I'm guessing well above the current $.04. Don't base your vote on what I say but please don't vote based on how you feel. Vote based on facts and what "you" know and not what you have heard.
