I think $ECYT had little chance to show trt effect based on OS. The lack of power is utterly important and the choice of 2:1 randomization IMO additionally (on top of small n) reduces the power to detect differences in OS. I need to look at their p3 design, but am not ready to write it off yet. A well conducted, and enrolled study can bode well for their chances.
