2 things I like about this lawyer:

Smart enough to stay anonymous to some of these shareholders...I wouldn't want some of you (no names mentioned) to have my address and phones#....

Whatever lawyer hasn't been repremaned by pushing the envelope isnt who I would want representing me.....being careful and cautious isn't a lawyers job .....that would be his/ her clients responsibility...I like that he went to Stanford and Cornell....and of course he got his trouble rectified .....

Law is tricky business.....
