Why would you want to buy private placement shares that require you hold them for what - a year? - when you could buy on a dip created by some of the previous shares being ready for sale? You'd have to sit on your shares while all of the action happens.

If enough people scream that the sky is falling while some of these shares that were freed up in November sell off, then perhaps some with no nerves will panic and sell. Then anyone can get shares that may cost an extra 50%, but they can be flipped and re-flipped when movement recommences - when resubmission is announced. There's an easy opportunity to double up from here on that alone.
