I have come to the conclusion that penny stock traders react on spur of the moment and do not think at all . I have a stock at .09 per share that has a float of 93000 shares. Now a smart group of traders would hit that sucker hard and run it But no people gotta wait till one already takes off and miss the monster gains saying couloda woulda, Well Im sittin on this one and I aint goin to miss its run :)
