It's the video codec owned by WGAT. It runs on PVSP's network just like it will on AT&T's network. WGAT has the patents and IP. PVSP licenses from WGAT. That's the reality. PVSP is a nice company, but if you're talking video codec, it's all WGAT. Low compression bits produced by the WGAT engineers and now patented.
