havent bothered to dig into calm seas much...waste of my time since im not invested here...just know what others such as manshoon have brought up...look up his posts..

but let me ask you this...have you heard of any other financial arrangement where the company loaning the money demanded that one of their boys be made the ir of the company they are funding?...seem a little odd to you?..

some have said that it seems perfectly logical for calm seas to want one of theirs to be on the inside of kblb so they can keep an eye on their money...lol

but seriously, do you see the problem with such an arrangement?...add that to what manshoon brings up and its a HUGE problem...
