I find it very interesting that the ASK never quite gets down to $.19 but sure gets down to $.191 often......THERE HAVE TO BE ONE HELLAVA LOT OF BUY ORDERS IN AT $.19 THAT SOMEONE DOESN'T WANT FILLED...
