But there is no transparent reason for anybody to be concerned about AAVG, they one of the more "transparent" and "real" companies that I've traded in recent times.

Not long ago, I traded Amwest (AMWI), a scam company thru and thru IMO, I bought in @.17 and sold @1.08, think it went to 1.39 before the bottom fell out and lots of people lost money. Now theres a company that had trading restricted by at least two brokers, TDA being one and I forgot the other, stopped allowing purchases, due to concerns (or at least thats the reason they gave).
