That is an Out-of-Squence Trade, not a After Market (Form T). The out-of-squence trades probably took place during trading hours but never made it on the public ticker, sometimes due to data transfer issues, or other technical problems. There is always the poss. it's done intentionally. Out-of-Squence trades are NOT supposed to affect the current market for the stock at the time it is posted, but as we witnessed earlier today, It DID !!!

Makes one wonder???
