Randy - I was told that we need your board of directors resolution and letters of resignation from the former officers of Rightsmile before I can issue the new shares for Pirhana. If you have a copy of the approval from the state of incorporation that would also be appreciated. We would appreciate receiving those tonight or first thing in the morning. Dan Gray ordered a courier service to come pick those up tomorrow morning at 10:00 Mountain Standard Time.
