Pulled this from another message board. Apparently it was in response to an inquiry Chad received yesterday that questioned the payment to Lebed in Restricted Stock:

We Shall Have to wait and see whether or not the issuance of 100,000 restricted shares to Mr.. Lebed samples to be a positive for the Shareholders. Today was the first day of a six month contract with Mr.. Lebed to Promote Awareness of Siaf to his subscribers. As a result, the stock traded 470% more volume today based on the average three month historic volume. The Siaf web site Received an Increase in Traffic of 2.400% today. Views of Siaf's shareholder Increased video 198 times today. It recieved a substantial Increase in first-time emails by new investors seeking information.

Paying a stock promoter in restricted stock Provides an incentive to preform That Paying in cash Would not.

Warm Regards,
Chad Sykes
