That's my thinking. I held and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I thought they may move their INCORP to DE, and announce it prior to the deadline with an 8K or PR. I never thought DEFAULT would occur unless they had moved to DE or some other jurisdiction FIRST!

This is a management issue. I am not saying it can't be corrected, but CORRECT IT already! Vincent......I left a message!

Of course, I am no longer a SH, but will still watch the paint dry here......I could jump back in.
