4.Lied to California Supreme Court
5.Provided inaccurate information to iHub posters about the CEO past legal dilemmas.
6. Threaten to sue all the company's attorneys.
7. Disrespectful to fellow colleagues
8. Holding company financial documents and prevented SEC compliance
9. Created illegal committees (Nominating and Audit)
10. Insider trading (Ed and Dave) when no T-mobile deal was reached.
