What's up with Level 2?

E*Trade says that I bought 45,000 shares at $0.004 at 12:29 p.m., but it does not show up on Level 2. On the other hand, Level 2's two most recent sales are 100 shares at $0.005 at 12:48 and 280,000 shares at $0.0037 at 12:13. So the current price should be $0.005, but it shows at $0.0037.

P.S. I agree that 100-share purchases are lame and should not affect the share price, whether they are signals or manipulations.
