if there were movement by Energy Source going forward to a new venue and all, would it be absolutely necessary that we have our BCIT certificates?

are there ways around all this?

Since we are not technically DTC eligible, could we not effect a certificate exchange irregardless of what dtc says?

plus dtc has next to no shares - we could just leave those alone.
