The funny thing about that article, they expressed a concern since
the article was not officially released by APWIP or TEMN. They
thought and assumed APWIP and/or TEMN would release something
denying the deal. However, neither publicly denied the deal (or
confirmed it).

Instead, all that there is are a few emails stating neither side
knew about the article or free press release and said they had no
idea what was going on (however TEMN said they are currently
working on two solid acquisitions without denying APWIP was one of
them).

There's only 2 reasons you release a free press release.

1) Pump a stock to dump shares.

2) Make the information public (as an insider) to make it legal
for you to buy the stock before news hits.
