Interesting comment from Chris Ng that the first harvests are expected in April/May. That means it will must only take about 3 months (roughly) to build the facility.

Not sure I agree with the comment about carbon footprints. Its something to consider but I would think a majority of Vancouverites would shop here on the way home from work as opposed to additional special trips to buy lettuce. Also, the location is easily within walking distance from Yaletown. A huge upper class urban development in Vancouver.
