I do agree with you on that statement. If PPJE would have done a stock buyback I would been buying all I could. I like stock buybacks and that would make me buy. R/S they do the opposite and nobody wants to own them. If PPJE would have done a stock buyback they would be trading over a billion shares a day and up big time. R/S no volume, no interest and that is why this stock isn't moving
