Please explain the difference? On the stock buyback the company buy your shares, on a R/S the company takes your shares. I will take the share buyback anyday over the R/S. They are different process and they are done for different reasons but they are NOT done together. FIND ME ONE COMPANY THAT HAS DONE THIS?
