I believe you have missed the point of the R/S. Do you realise that a stock buyback and a R/S do the samething. In a Stock Buyback the company pays, in a R/S the shareholder pays. Why would they do another buyback, makes no sense and it is only wishful thinking. Their is no reason to believe this company will do a stock buyback, so why say it.
