I can't say the settlement is great news on the surface, but after BK things could go very well. If you own 500 PQ, and get 15 shares of the newco for each 1 that's 7500 shares. If the newco pps can get between $10 - $20 you'll still make out pretty good.

Bottom line is well all should have sold back in January 2010 over $100 and walked away for good, lol.
