Yes, that is accurate, and speaks to what I and others are tired of talking about. But to say, what you don't know, in such a negative manner, " they won't have the Qs out more delays to hide their incompetence"pp is just unreal. How can you say that? Management knows full well that these all should have been done yesterday, and I'm certain they are going to make every effort to get the 3 remaining Qs 2011 filed ASAP.
