lol...stock dividend?..yes that is in fact what kblb called it...but that not what it was...you know what that statement is?...its purposely MISLEADING

your right mojo. I was confused and blinded by all of the extra stock in my account that I just didn't see it. what was I thinking. oh now I remember It must be the definition of a dividend that had me confused

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dividend

Stock or scrip dividends are those paid out in the form of additional stock shares of the issuing corporation, or another corporation (such as its subsidiary corporation). They are usually issued in proportion to shares owned (for example, for every 100 shares of stock owned, a 5% stock dividend will yield 5 extra shares). If the payment involves the issue of new shares, it is similar to a stock split in that it increases the total number of shares while lowering the price of each share without changing the market capitalization, or total value, of the shares held.

Definition of 'Stock Dividend'
A dividend payment made in the form of additional shares, rather than a cash payout.

Also known as a "scrip dividend."

Investopedia explains 'Stock Dividend'
Companies may decide to distribute stock to shareholders of record if the company's availability of liquid cash is in short supply. These distributions are generally acknowledged in the form of fractions paid per existing share. An example would be a company issuing a stock dividend of 0.05 shares for each single share held.

oh yeah not only did I get 9 shares for every one I owned then Kim had the nerve to hold press conference and run my shares up over 2500% and then held them at least over 600% for over another year.

But what you said was in no way misleading!! :)
