8K was filed. Looks like new CEO and new subsidiary. They may also get current with the SEC filings. One of the guys mentioned in the 8K won big in the lottery

"Kevyn Ogawa came to the Lottery’s Van Nuys District Office yesterday with the California ticket that matched the August 28 winning combination of 37, 1, 17, 31, 54 and Mega number 31. Ogawa, who preferred not to be interviewed, elected to take the cash option, making his take home amount worth about $107 million."
