I had level II on all day until 8 pm. The buyer had no choice to buy at .67 because thats what the ask was. I have bought plenty of shares after hours and pre market using a limit order. Someone wanted that 4500 shares in a hurry. Perhaps they read the article out on the large corn supply this year with corn prices continuing to fall. Good Luck !
