If the shares are already awarded it just happened last week.

LOL...yep and that "opinion" is just like every other quarter - "wait till next quarter". Guess what happens "next quarter" the PPS drops even lower. Well we are now to the point the PPS cannot possibly drop much lower.

I still believe if Liebs is not 'in bed' with the Plaintiffs the PPS will not increase any time soon.

Everything I post is my opinion nothing more.
