I am a new member. I was in on Rays when It dived to 1.17 at 1.46

I bought more today at .935

Can someone say why Rays dumped back on Nov. 4th?
Also, the Streetsweeper report was released a good 8-10 days ago,
and a follow up remark that Despite the initial report the stock was up, and rose for like a week.

Why did the stock dive when the second identical report was released two days ago, while not being taken seriously at the onset back on the first release?????? What did happen on the 4th of Nov?
