Hey, I live in southern illinois not far from Pike county. DA is right about land prices. i bought a farm two years ago and it is now worth more than double what I paid for it. I lease it out to a farmer and right now I have two hunters using it for the deer season. i am looking at another piece of property right now if I can get the price right!! Best investment I've made LOL!! BTW-I'm waiting for a couple dollar dip on silver then I will be back into the silver game.
