Scdedule D filed today. Insiders think its time you retail investors own 18 million dollars worth of stock they will convert on options. If the conversion number is $ .00223 a share this will amount to 8 billion shares.

Guess they will need that 25-1 reverse split to occur first so they won't go over the 5 billion authorized shares.
