aries4747 Those are the deals Frudakis has been doing in what may be a direct conflict of interest with respect to his employment by and fiduciary responsibility to DNAG. Gabriel and his wife have cut some side deals with Biofrontera, again raising questions of conflicts of interest.

It is possible that if and when DNAG finally goes belly-up, these characters will simply take the technology and go to those companies for their continued employment and leave the current DNAG shareholders holding their empty bags. Golden parachutes, you might say.

I believe Frudakis, Gabriel and Gabriel's wife have a legal responsibility to disclose the details all these side deals to the DNAG shareholders and explain exactly why they do not raise any conflicts of interest with respect to their employment contracts with DNAG. Insofar as I am aware, they have refused to do this during the past two shareholder meetings.
