Since it was going to be proxy voted (most likely) and its now going to take place, period (plue no mention of Dec. 7, ruling)... It seems to me they are protecting themselves overseas from a possible unfair ruling in Orange, County.

Thus more assumptions, being, no stock buyback if an unfavorable ruling. They would buy the assests of any.... In short, if the judge rules fairly then they'll be buying back stock.

My guess, also would be that they are telling Maye to wait so the can buy in from the parent (FSE) company - sheltering from OC.

Its bad based on a bad ruling. I don't see how they should lose when the contract said it required proof of product.
