janey, understand your concerns..my info is obtained from epic 2011 annual filing on their site...very last couple paragraphs of (i believe) eight page document..ceo tucker mentions the 150 million share commitment as well as a "done deal" as mmtc exclusive distributor for mit1000a and software library..i did not know how to copy and transfer for all to review.
