i am guessing the rise in volume over the last week is because all those preferred stocks that ripen this month, and whoever has them will be selling, if they havent already started. watch the float closely in the next week or so, I wouldnt be surprized if it increased 10%, and we take another price hit.
I hope Im wrong.
