Because the CEO hires secretaries and PR folks to take care of the mundane work while he is dealing with bigger issues. He can't possibly personally respond to each and every email from an investor or irritated customer. He needs to spend his time making this company profitable and successful so that we all can make money. And secretaries and PR folks are not going to put their names out there because then they will be fielding calls from irate customers. I wouldn't want to hear from me when I get upset about something! LOL!

I agree with Gramps and LE, this will all be worked out and we will all have a nice 2012!
