There may be an attorney imposed wall of silence as the POR is being prepared, and heavy negotiations underway. I see little possibility that we will have zero value. The facts are that if we emerge from BK with no debt, as the APA suggests, we will still have value as:
1)a shell corporation
2)tax write offs retained
3)1% of CS
4)intellectual property and contacts

As to hearing from the new BOD, by now they must understand the importance of communicating with SHs. At the very least, we would expect to hear some gratitude from them for their opportunity. We know that they have done all the real work, but we have had long and active hands in providing that opportunity. I can only conclude that they have been muzzled for reasons that will benefit us eventually.
