I believe that video is actually from 2007.

How is it, since they were finding those 40 oz. nuggets and were really close to the "Mother lode" (I know it's true 'cause Garry said it in this video) that shareholders only lost money while Silverado was mining all this gold?

The only one that made money was the mining contractor Silverado (under the leadership of CEO Garry Anselmo) hired to get out the gold.
By the way, the mining company that made all the money is a privately owned company. Who's the owner? Garry Anselmo!

How does he stay out of jail? That's what I want to know.
