roberto cleared up the track issue...cgaq approached track with an offer, any of us could have done the same thing with a little fluff. folks snarled at PsD in earlier posting when he stated he contacted officials and they said track was not for sale-IT IS NOT! track is not up for an official public bid...track officials entertained a cgaq offer..that's it, that's all. swank has embellished that offer to buy time and hope stabilize price. we will soon get a couple more fluff pr's, but in the end..no track deal..nada! are there enough shares here to call a meeting and replace swank?
