Ok, this from Moors & Cabot

Moors Maintains Sell and drops EPS for 05 to 8 cents from 30 while keeping 2006 at 50 cents. Claims unit market share has peaked, and earlier than their already bearish case. They are assuming that AMD's "greater than seasonality" implies seasonal units (hence flat share) and higher ASPs - what a crock. $10 Target.

Heavy stuff. Looks like they´re staying their course.

Likewise UBS

UBS keeps at Reduce, increases target to $14 from $11. Increases 05 to $0.22 from $0.02 ($0.10 from Q2 with the rest spread across Q3 and Q4). Increases 06 to $0.69 from $0.61.
Worried that processor gains are not sustainable and no further gains likely and that flash business hard to get rid of. Initial commentary in opening immediately harps on desktop unit sales unexpected negative surprise.
