The MOU is set to expire....I find it extremely hard to find any positives with this *#@ but maybe the contract is set to replace the MOU and thus announcement of such will soon be out.

Ok...maybe not.

2 Billion....down to 300 Million (I believe to mislead people like me)...back to 1 Billion....now 3 Billion. Somebody spin a positive on that.
