Come on chad I am not blaming the board, I am not blaming you, I just think that stating that the company cant run the track or that it has no money to do what it promised, could affect negatively, if they look at the board. Just that.

I really have nothing to lose or gain, I don't work for the company, I don't see me working in the company in the near future, I am not invested in the company. I am just trying to help you guys and sharing my 2 cents on the subject...

Sorry if it seems another way chad. Please by all means say what you must say, it is your right as an investor.
