roberto, you stated "once (cgaq) started negotiations" with the track...can you confirm that track officials have made the first move in posting a public bid offering for the track, or is it the situation where cgaq thought it would be a good time to approach track officials and propose offer? there is a HUGE difference between the two. did track officials put the horse track up for play, or did cgaq make a play for the track? thanks much!
