Maybe you can look into something. Alto announced a 2000:1 reverse split that was "supposed" to have taken place at the beginning of this month, but hasnt happened. And now the A/S has been icreased 10 fold.
Was the RS blocked by Finra and/or the SEC?, because it appears he (Klok) is just going to offload the 7 billion to whomever he can get to buy the shares. The split should have happened already...can you provide any clarification. Fitting that the moderator of the FRAUD board is posting here....come back anytime.
