Open letter to J.B Briscoe:
On behalf of all legally eligible shareholders, I demand you resign from your position of CEO of Liberty Star Uranium and Metals Corp. Under your ineffective, opaque and questionable managerial decisions, shareholders have suffered significant equity losses.

Shareholders no longer have any faith in your ability to properly govern this company, and we respectfully request a change of leadership within 30 days.

The share price as you well know has been, and will continue to errode, if no effective management changes are made.
