I agree not wanting to tout the stock is one thing for Cheney but this is getting ridiculous. He could have came forth with something by now. I agree with you also on the R/S thing. Usually penny stocks that have a history of R/S are the ones to avoid. This will prolly be just a rinse and repeat of the last deal. Tout it up R/S...only this time noone is buying it. Cheney has a lot of work to do in restoring confidence and so far he has done NOTHING. All in my opinion.
